Sell Your Look is an educational. networking and resource hub carefully curated with hopes to help many jumpstart a career in fashion, entertainment, and personal brand endeavors. By using industry proven marketing techniques voiced from Broderick and creatives, members in the community will have access to virtual workshops, one-on-one sessions, LIVE events, and more with actor and model Broderick Hunter.

Soon after Broderick’s first workshop in 2017, the Sell Your Look community evolved into a powerful masterclass that has encouraged the success stories of over a hundred aspiring models, actors, entrepenuers and creatives. While many have gone on to sign long-term modeling contracts, star in films and participate in partnerships, most have successfully aligned their careers with purpose-driven intentions across various industries. All of the glory goes to ‘GOD’.

For over a decade, Broderick has generously shared his insights and connections, fostering real, authentic relationships with members of this growing community. Whether people flew or drove, they came for one reason— how to Sell Their Look.

MEET BRODERICK

Broderick Hunter was born on January 3, 1991, and raised in Fontana, California. A natural athlete, he played basketball throughout grade school and went on to play 2.5 years of varsity at nationally ranked Etiwanda High School, graduating in 2009. He would later commit to the University of Central Florida, pursuing both his education and his passion for the game. However, a previous post-game knee injury abruptly ended his basketball journey, bringing him back home to California to heal and rediscover an alternative path.

By 2010, basketball was no longer in his foresight. A chance inquiry for a photoshoot led to a viral moment that sparked the beginning of a new career in modeling. In 2011, the late model scout and manager Michael Maddox recognized Broderick’s potential and took him under his wing. Together, they signed modeling contracts across several major markets, including Miami, Milan, and New York.

As Broderick became bi-coastal between acting in Los Angeles and modeling internationally, he immersed himself in the fashion world, quickly gaining traction as a fresh face in diverse markets. His work landed him editorials with GQ, VOGUE, VIBE Magazine, and other top-tier publications, solidifying his presence in the modeling industry by 2015.

FOR MEETINGS, MENTORSHIP, MEET AND GREETS..

Post 2015, facing Ralph Lauren campaigns helped establish Broderick as one of the most recognizable faces in fashion while based in New York City. His portfolio continued to grow with major campaigns for Tommy Hilfiger, Reebok, Calvin Klein, Bloomingdale’s, and many more.

In 2017, Broderick’s on-screen career began to flourish when he guest-starred in HBO’s Insecure alongside Issa Rae. This appearance opened doors to further roles in television, film, and commercials on networks such as FOX, NBC, BET+, and P&G. At the same time, he built his YouTube platform Selfcare With Brod, focusing on wellness and grooming.

As of Today, Broderick continues to offer guidance through his online educational sessions inside of the ‘Sell Your Look’ Community. “I believe, we all have a unique set of tools we can use to market ourselves— and that’s not just traditional modeling.” he says. Through this independent project, he aims to empower aspiring creatives with strategies and motivation for success in a competitive industry.

Now based domestic and internationally, Broderick is acting, modeling and fellowships while developing his mental health foundation Free To Joy, and exploring new entrepreneurial ventures.
